So in conclusion i said banned for not saying how ugly(not ugly but now i dont know the exact opposite of cool) is his hat

Because if it was double negative will be:
Banned for not saying how cool isnt his hat (negative plus negative is positive) so it makes

Banned for saying how cool is his hat

And I DONT SAY that his hat is cool
