I guess I'm not clear on this, your statement seems to imply lack is intentionally deleting dug's games. So lack is now blocking dug's attempt to give away his points? When was this decided? And why?

Last evening I went online and noticed that dugcarr1 is going on some jihad, starting a whole bunch of games with the expressed intention of throwing them. I was particularly concerned about 9 consecutive doubles games of dugcarr1 & innocent vicitim vs subjekt & tomtorresson. As I thought about the situation I refreshed the screen and suddenly dugcarr1 has 10 new open games started! He had become what is known as a griefer account, out to hurt CC as much as possible.

I stripped his premium, inactivated him, and deleted those games. That's what you have to do with griefers. I accidentally deleted a few good games because I punched in the wrong game numbers. Ooops

Anyway, that's what happened. Totally killed the buzz from the massage.

Thank you lack for protecting the integrity of the game at CC.

What dugcarr1 is doing is despicable in it's own right, but when it affects innocent victims it's intolerable and has to be stopped.

It's one thing to blow yourself up, it's quite another to take someone with you.

Dug's right to do whatever he pleases should end when it adversely affects other players. Those who simply joined one of his games have the right to expect it to be honest and above-board rather than some sort of twisted fraudulent farce.

Well, for my part, I did demolish him in my games with him. It just seemed a fitting way to see him off, and no one was harmed...In one I still have yet to attack the other player once. If he says throw it...the points are his or hers...if he/she doesnt, Ill finish him/her, and get some tainted points as a momento, to another fallen general and the guy who taught me.

I really will miss dug, he was by far my favorite partner, and I really just cant say a bad word about him because of that, but I really do value a honest game, and believe it is the sportsmanship of this place that makes it great. When everyone plays fairly, all working against each other in perfect competition, there is nothing better. The irony is that he really helped me get enough points to be able to play all the top players. Not that I didnt help him win some points along the way.

To be honest, if I took more than one tenth of a second in my decision to join, i probably would have held off, but points and moral issues aside, it was nice to see him off, and have my last two games with him end up in me taking him out, however easy it was. And if anyone questions that I played them as fairly as I could under the circumstances...you just have to look at them...

And honestly lack, it you want to delete those games go right ahead by all means... Id actually rather not have the points from them in there, but I cant regret playing them. My only regret is that we didnt get to make a real game out of it....

Another General has fallen, but there are still tons of awesome players in here, and though some are at each others throats right now...and some will be forever....we really should move on...the game is too fun to ruin with drama

Let me just add that, believe it or not, I will also miss dugg. He may hve been notorious but the added character to our community. Too bad it had to end this way.

I can't speak for Sub, but I wasn't happy about Dug joining into our games to throw them. Have no issue with you yanking the games.

Dug is the bomb.

I am VERY sorry to see him go....

I think that in fairness to EVERYONE on the site, and as a humble reminder, it would only be fitting for you at LEAST to leave his name / score on the ranking.

I have never heard of anyone having to be "active" for the scores to remain valid....and he did earn it.

Put Dug's score / rank back up please.

It's the right thing to do.

Only active players (i.e. taken a turn within the past 30 days) are listed. New Recruits are listed once they have finished a game. If you are not familiar with the ranks, they are described in the "Instructions" section.
