I have 12 registered wins for Iron Maid.

Maybe you counted this one: World Cup 2010 - Oceania

However, that is a qualifying tournament to play in a final tournament and does not count as a tournament win....

Forza AZ told me by PM that I had won the Tournament and I was also declared Winner in the Title. For the Asian & African Qualifying Tournament also Winners were declared and they received their Tournament Medal.
