You are correct that as we are likely at lynch-or-lose a mafia member could counter your claim in the hopes that you would be lynched and the game would end. In fact it is possible that you have faked this claim in an attempt to get that actual holder of such a role lynched by countering you and then you claiming that they are mafia fake claiming to end the game. We will just have to see if anyone tries to counter...

I have to say, I don't think that just because people in general have not said anything stupid doesn't mean that they are innocent. We've wasted a lot of time chasing this politician thing. An additional question is if cowboyz can confirm being blocked. And then, if he does, we need to consider the possibility of a mafia role blocker. Also, we have to watch out for him making it all up and cowboyz being his partner and just supporting whatever he says.
