Anybody here heard of the North American Grappling Association? They are having a contest (for lack of a better word) in Vegas, and I and a couple friends from my karate class are going to go participate.

In other news, my old Mum has just been diagnosed as diabetic. Apparently it's not too severe, and a strict control of diet should keep it under control. I've promised some recipe advice once she's talked to the diet people.
