We are probably a bit early on for collecting many stats even with simple player cooporation, but I suppose we, as someone mentioned above, could start making a setup to collect interesting stats.- For some stuff it might suffice with a number where we know that its nowhere near precise, but shouls be okay as a ball park number, for instance give or take a 10.
Some stats would make sense to have volunteers to go through them and someone to collect the results.- Some may get somewhat easier if we wait a few rounds, of course. - In any case a number of people will have to sign up to do the actual work. - If enough do, people can sign in with the part of the list they are going to check, then sign in again with the result when they have done so.
Example: If enough people sign up (say 20+) it should be possible for someone to say Im doing the list from this #name# to this #name. The next person finds the last name in the list and signs in with the next section of names. Someone should then volunteer to collect the stats, so that the thread doesnt get buried in partial stat reports.
If enough people are interested in the specific statistic, it will then be assembled. If its too much work, that is if not enough people want to put in enough effort, then we will have to wait for the player list to dwindle.
For other statistics it would make more sense for someone to start an unofficial estimate by for instance posting.
Wins on different maps: 62
Wins over different players: 69
and then people with HIGHER numbers can sign in, which should give a decent though somewhat unreliable picture of what the leading position is.
