Hmm. You have a point Nag. Well, on one hand the scene referred to several roleblockers so it has a good chance of being right, but to come up with the whole "you're scum because I roleblocked you and now I just need you to fake claim to prove it" is a bit fishy...

Having re-read the scene it does sound like more than one roleblocker and firth claims he wasn't roleblocked. Hate to metagame but it sounds like an AD thing to do to not be lying at this moment, I've personally been convinced to vote firth I might be wrong though

How the hell would you know what firth did if you were just told that your "block was successful"?????????? And how would you know he was scum based on a successful block since there's many pro-town night roles as well??? There's no way unless you're lying about your role.

yes, but its too perfect a chance for firth to pass up, he's under pressure needs a roleclaim and chooses cop because theirs an investigation sitting their ready for him to take credit for

Even to test one's sanity, it's not like he told us that as reason. The chances are higher that he tried to kill Tal and is making it up.
