Here is why ...

Nobody was really sure who saw the car first. A few saw it picking up speed, rolling down the hill towards the pub, flames belching from its opened windows. Most only heard the crash as it hit the front of the pub. Running into the street someone had grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the flames. They eventually got the driver out of the car with a little help form a knife borrowed from the pub. His hands had been tightly taped to the steering wheel, then got the biggest shock of all. I n the dim streetlight they could clearly see the gun sitting in its holster on the charred remains of his body.

So, a town vig or 2nd mafia family?

I suspect it wouldnt be that far of a stretch to say H8 was on peoples lists anyway so it would be a likely good call for a vig to make.
A 2nd mafia ... possible I suppose since this was such a gruesome death.

Must ask yourself if 1 mafia family would find it more important to take out the other family first or town?
See - if the former, then H8 could easily have been targeted for the same reasons the Vig would have targeted him for.

H8 played the role of a scum and didnt even try to hide his scumminess. I dont think its a mystery why he's dead - whoever killed him.

Unless someone saw something last night which involved archer (and possibly who he was protecting), we'll never know if it was an outright kill.
If there are two families, its possible archer could have taken the bullet for the one.

What does NOT make sense is that why would the mafia outright go after Archer when Archer was a top suspect (for some people) for being lynched on Day 2.

Maybe a couple, but not that many i dont think.
I played along side archer by not voting as well r1 - i thought it would give us an edge by delaying the high probable kill of a townie.
Turns out this is true (in this situation and most IMO).

As mentioned the con is yes - you gain less intel if no lynch but you're a man up in r2. Anyone got a scale to balance that out?
Anyway, its d2 now though and its time put all our collected intel (or your thoughts if you have no night intel) together towards something concreate.
I mean - Bantam's r1 lynching should have yielded some intel ... right?

Legion has a good list; I agree w/ some of it.
Kill ... has casted alot of votes in 1 day; very suspicious - what did his hanging tell you Kill?
Joak ... We use to disagree here legion. I even posted before about something weird between H8 and joak. Then he turns around and votes for the goon. So, he might be a townie but im not forgetting the possibility that the vote may have been an act.
TC ... unsure; Defending Bantam might have been a saving move for him this round.
Charm ... has this thing against TC though; perhaps its time we hear that out? or push her for a claim. Ill burden her w/ my vote if no response.

I see a few other people have asked me to talk, and king ed wants me to claim( I did post my thoughts earlier today ). I voted in self defense for bantam we were tied in the closing minutes until i voted. As far as i understood there was a chance i would get lynched if i didn't vote for him. Please explain the claim procedures... should i just come out and claim a role now? Or am i to wait for more people to ask?

Once again, kudos to whoever picked off H8. I am not surprised per se, but didn't have him at the top of my list. I feel like Bantam dug his own grave, waiting till the tail end to make himself clear. I think Charm is worth revisting now. TC had some good points and she voted Bantam even after his reveal.

I agree. Charm is a noob, and probably very beautiful (never seen a picture) but she does sound like a mafia. I will not vote for her now, I would like to hear from her first.

Ok, about the night happenings:

Bodyguard, Archer - He was either targeted outright, or he died protecting someone. That someone WASN"T H8 AFK, because if it was him, H8 wouldn't have died, it would have only been archer. 10 townies, 1 third party and 4 mafia
10 townies and 5 mafia
11 town and 4 mafai

then we are down to:
8 townies 4 mafia
9 town 3 mafia

I think we are dealing with a vigilante. The death was gruesome, but I think crasp took from me there. In a small town where the crime got stronger than the very few authorities, a self-righteous vigilante will be driven by vengeance and will go far into violence.

@ Sirius, what was it that you were deducing H8 to be?

The H8 AFK deduction:

AFK started silent. We started to vote for him just to make him talk, and joak voted someone else to deter the attention from him. Then we associated the 2 of them together, suddenly they talk and they both vote for each other. For me that was strong evidence that they worked together, because they knew each other. At this point I figured there could only be 3 possibilities: They were both mason brothers, they were both mafia, or they were just both noob and this was the noob effect.

I knew what role they would have after the night. If 1 of them was dead, it would tell us the role of the other. If 1 of them got checked by the cop, it would also tell us the role of the other. And if both were alive and the cop didn't revealed anything, I would have assumed they were just noobs townies, if I could confirm my theory with their posts of today.

According to the results, I have good reasons to believe that joak is a mafia. I could be wrong, this is not hard proof but mere suspicions, and so I will not vote for now. I will let joak speak first. But remember that at the end of the 1st mafia game, I posted a list of 5 people who I thought were bad guys, and that post was the exact 5 bad guys left in the game.

Oh, and sorry you are not feeling well Sirius... maybe you got something from your sick wife, eh?

You don't know DB4 from the other games, but he always defend everyone. He is a pastor in real life and thus this is his expected behavior. He did defend AFK, but AFK was a noob. I myself didn't vote for AFK for the very same reason. I would have pursued him this day probably, trying to make up my mind on him and complete my deductions. I am not saying that DB4 has got to be a good guy, but I don't think this makes him suspicious.

Well, if I'm to fess up the truth, then hopefully it saves my butt! Although, it may dig me a deeper grave. Just remember, I've warned that you clan boys must play by my rules!

So, I originally voted Tuffy and Bantam because those 2 were bad! (How, I'm not going to tell you because I may have accidentally broken another rule - but they know!) But then I was told that I could only vote for 1. Since Bantam was in more trouble than Tuffy with me and because Bantam was so quiet - he got my vote!

I did not remove my vote because I did not see that Bantam had successfully proven his innocents (I'm going with someone is guilty until proven innocent). Since it was clearly stated that lynching someone on day 1 may be a good thing, I stuck with my original vote. Also, I have no clue what I'm doing since this is my first game - which I usually learn from my mistakes. So, I'm very sorry that Bantam got lynched - I would have loved to mess with him some more.

If you decide to lynch me, you will be lynching another townie. I would have liked to have been a mafia or had some townie role given to me. But since I'm just a boring townie, I should be able to have some fun and be a little mischievous.

He votes for a person even after he just voted for them, and also unvotes twice.... now, he is either forgetful, or trying to make sure everyone sees what he is doing... to try to sway them and convince he is townie. He tried too hard to get the Bantam lynch rolling a few times. What really did if for me was when he wanted to pursue Archer after it was known that archer was gone for 3 days. He seems to be taking advantage wherever he can to get a townie lynched. And Sirius doesn't always do his own dirty work.... look who helped convince mookie to vote on Bantam....the one vote that killed Bantam...

Charm = 85% scummy looking to me. I said enough on her on the 1st day. Seems like she tried awful hard to get something going on me, and she voted away from the hot spots. I have absolutely no feel that she is town.

King Ed = 85% scummy looking to me. I don't know how to explain this feeling... but he voted without reading 2 pages of posts...and this is NOT his first game. He voted Legion, then H8, then Joak, then H8, then Joak, then Bantam, then mookie. WOW! I think he is trying to confuse town with his back and forth voting so no one can pin him down. 7 votes in 1 day!

DB4 = 60% town looking to me. He looks like he is playing how he usually does, and besides his vote on Bantam (know that I disagreed with everyone that voted Bantam), he is looking more townie to me than not.

Gabs = 99% town looking to me. Besides Gabs voting on Bantam AND Archer, and Archer again after he had left for 3 days... because of the night kills and how things went down, I'm as about 100% sure of this guy being town as possible.

jusplay = 70% town looking to me. Besides his retaliation vote on Legion, I think jusplay is playing a solid game and is probably town.

Killum = 80% town looking to me. Although he voted for those who I thought were town, and defending H8, killum has a lot of insights into things the correct way. I did not like the way he approved of Sirius' guilty looking list...which, in my opinion were all town with the exception of H8.

Legion = 50% town looking to me. I think I don't know what to think of Legion yet. I think he sees how scummy we all think claiming without pressure looked. He led the charge against Bantam, and although wrong, it took guts. And then he pursued jusplay the rest of the day 1, which I found comical. He has some good ideas about jusplay, but jusplay is an enigma that you just can't play like you normally do with other players.

mookie = 50% town looking to me. Mookie looks like a rookie, plain and simple. I don't know what to think of him yet.

Tuffy = 90% town looking to me. I agree with a lot about what Tuffy says and thinks and votes. I don't agree that he doesn't find me a clean, white angel here... but this game is mafia, so never trust anyone completely. Fine.

i will look at your good list one by one:

1. i am thinking sirius look a bit scummy to me the way he act but for me he is at 75% so far still have some mystery that i am willing to check

2. cham is a big mystery to me not sure of anyting right now i would use a penny to see if i should vote her or not

3. king looked scummy to me and going on saying to people they need to justify themself for one vote on them not sure wat to think beside scummy when looking to him would go 80%

4. DB4 is mostly alright in my book but not too sure so i will go with the same call as you did TC 60% townie

5. Me i dont talk alot but when i say something and i think it is true i stick on it its the reason i stayed on archer was not sure he was scummy but he didnt want a lynch! i can understand why but still looked weird to me. for now i am not sure who to go for but we should go for people we have in both list.

6. justplay look perfectly fine to me i am sure he is townie about 85%

7. kill i would say he is helpfull and stay on his idea which is a good thing i would say townie 75%

8. Legion is as much a mystery as char=m but i think he is scummy the way he acted but not by alot would go 60% scummy still would need more investigation on him

9. Mookie is a rookie who look a bit lost is it a play or not idk still i think more of a towny when i look about 60%

10. tuffy i agree with most of the thing he said and he do help alot i would say 95% towny

11. joak looked a bit connected to H8 but i am not sure if its only because they know each other outside mafia or if its because they were connect in it but igmeoy would go 55% scummy

12. TC come with great idea help the game go forward and yess talk alot but he help the towny so much that i am pretty sure he is a towny so i would go and say he is about 98% towny ( i never go over 98% love to have a 2% to change my mind ) but its how i feel with him so far
