The break down is as dollars federal owed 54 million dollars : 14 million overseas and 40 million here at home
The states owed 25 million.

Hamilton proposed a bill (not to get real technical unless you all want me too) and so did Madison Hamilton billed based on market, more support, not enough to pass it thought. Madison based on Morales, less support, but could block Hamilton bill, And did so 5 times.

so to break the disagreement a law maker said let the capital be down south then we will support you in your bill.

Well then I guess that would qualify you as a banana expert. So I'll ask you this. What does the perfect banana look like? Is it long? Is it short? Is it just a bit green? OR does it have a little bit of brown to it?
