If you didn't know there was a decision on not lynching AoG and getting him NKed, how did you mean we had our D3 target in case AoG got NKed?
That's looking strange. And there's also the edited post.
FOS Jonty.

Rodion kind of said this as an afterthought, so I want to emphasize it.
Jonty editted a post. This is never acceptable behavior. It didn't actually remove any content, but be sure to never do it again Jonty. It warrants a modkill in most cases.
I voted Jonty to emphasize my suspicions of him. I can always switch back to Hank if we need a lynch by a deadline. I have no problem with prolonged discussions about all possible scum before we make a lynch. It will only help us in the long run.

Vote Hank44Soccer, let's get this moving, so ol' Charizard can get some lovin'.
I'd
FOS jonty for the edited post, but then again, I don't care as of yet

There's no reason to lynch Hank right now. We'll probably wind up lynching him at the end of the day, but let's use this time for discussion. I want to hear from Jonty why he edited his post.

Obviously not "EBWOP", but I think we can all assume by the added text. Though seemingly harmless, it's still not okay.

I'm not going to put my vote on hank just yet as by my count he's currently at L-2 and it wouldn't hurt to hear a little from jonty first

Do you even know why we want hank lynched, cause you seem like not caring right now. And f*ck I don't want an evil recruiter having an easy target, so I am going to
Unvote
Vote: Victor
Not because you're 3rd party that you are harmless in my eyes.
As far as the shield case...Yea it's contradiction and something to look at in the near future.
Jonty: I think we're having a simple case of noob mistake, again, here. Editting is definitly not okay, but that's a mod work and now ours
However the fact he didn't know that AoG was going to be Nked instead of lynched, but '' meaning to say NK'' seems really weird...

Wow, Freezie - voting Victor is really unproductive and has further raised my suspicions about you - what good would lynching Victor do

. If AoG wasn't a vig target right now, I would definitely reccomend a shot aimed in your direction.
Mod, can we please have Hank prodded - he has been too silent this day phase.

He's been inactive in all games for 10 days, if I remember right.

I am not trying to get victor lynched. I want him off his little cloud where him beeing recruited by ANY factions that we know nothing about isn't cool in my eyes.
I am all about re-voting hank, even thought a prod might have to come first.

Unvote vote Hank
It seems like the Jonty inquisition isn't going anywhere. Hank is still extremely suspicious, so I'll place my vote back on him. I stated my detailed reasons before I switched to Jonty a page or two ago.
Still, FoS Jonty

Professor Oaks infection was getting worse and worse. He probably (definitely) would have died tonight, but then he decided to mess with his records. Now, according to the Pokedex Charizards and Meowths are always wild.
Professor Oak, Town Cop Human has been modkilled.
Editing of posts is not acceptable. There was already one warning about this. Furthermore, you were poisoned anyway and due to die.
Vote Count:
shieldgenerator7 (1) - Mr. Squirrel
Victor Sullivan (1) - freezie
Hank44Soccer (5) - shieldgenerator7, Victor Sullivan, Rodion, nagerous, evilchaos L-5
shaggydan (1) - Streaker
With 18 alive it takes 10 to lynch
Hank has been prodded. I will give 24 hours after he opens his message before looking for replacement.

Well its a good thing you quoted this fir. Otherwise he could've just edited it out and we could've forgotten about it completely.

Why not? If the day had ended as normal, it would've been revealed then through flavour text tonight.

Actually from a gameplay setup it's extremely important. So I'm going to use this info anyway. However as a mod of mafia it doesn't make me pleased to see this revealed.

I guess, but also it depends on how the flavour text is stated. If it's explicitly stated you're basically giving clues away to the town.

It does depend on how it is stated, I agree. But if I had just put the first part (the minimal flavour text), followed by a modkill, the players wouldn't think that the poison actually was (or wasn't) a factor in the death. The cause of death was poison but I had no way to convey it without making it explicit. I suppose in future I will just have to leave it as the flavour and hope for the best but then town does LOSE information. Ideally, I will never again have to modkill someone so I hope this is a moot point.

Can you at least share Jonty's N1 investigation result as he probably would have done if not modkilled (he was being pressured)?

Just a blanket posts to my mafia games. I'm really swamped with work at the moment, and am unable to do much else than jump on and quickly take my turns. This will probably be the case for the next 3 days or so. Sorry for my lack of activity over the last few days, and over the coming few days. I shall try to make it up to you with as much meat in my posts as possible.

Definitely not. As a mod, he shouldn't. No one is sure what would have happened.

Typically, for modkills, you should make it as short and sweet as possible and reveal nothing else about any other player. A simple "Player X was struck by lightning and died" would have sufficed. Flavor text leads to discussion and different interpretations depending on how you would have worded the kill. If you blatantly come out and tell us there's a poisoner, then town is all the stronger at the poisoner's expense.

I agree. But oh well. All mods make mistakes sometimes. I just feel bad for the poisoner

so this poisoner... he's probably a pokemon right? I don't think he would be a trainer, but possibly one who starts out as mafia.
