By virtue of the names left over I think Kingm is silent and could be scum. Odds go up if Halrob is scum as I mentioned earlier, odds go down if Halrob is town.
Dev and Darin are a good starting point, I am more on the fence on Halrob.

It actually doesn't say dead. It only says "... is poisoned". Maybe not dead then ?
