That picture is almost 20 years old. I posted it in here before when I told the story of my mom cleaning it. She was in her late 60's when she climbed up there with a bucket and a rag to clean it up. Normally, halfway through first period, I leave to go to vocational tech (special classes at a different school, for those of you who don't know) and don't return until the start of sixth period, which is my lunch period. Well, this week was regents week, and most of the schools stopped regular classes, so only students who had to take regents exams had to come in. This of course, led to vocational tech shutting down for the week as well.
HOWEVER, for some reason beyond my comprehension, our school decided to be the ONLY one to continue regular classes. So now, without vocational tech, the only classes I have are TV Journalism 1st period (Which we aren't doing much in ATM), Economics 8th (Again, not doing much ATM, this class in particular had just started due to the new semester), and Gym 9th every OTHER day. So now I sit in our school's library messing around on my laptop for 4 periods, which wouldn't be so bad if our school had wireless connections that we could USE. But no, that would be preposterous. So our library has not one, not two, but THREE wireless connections, NONE of which the students can use.
The library does have computers in it for public use that DO have internet connections, but it's mostly some sort of fucking joke. They have the filter set so high, the vast majority of websites get blocked, including an unneccisarily large number of legitimate sites that could be used for projects. The category "News and Information" is BLOCKED. So our school's internet is all but completely pointless.

Vista gets a little more crap than it probably deserves to get...however it's still a bad system and every indication I've gotten is that Windows 7 is awesome.
