Klobber invite abuse [busted/closed]

I was invited by KLOBBER to Game 7498817 to team with another Colonel. The other teams all had a cook or a cadet on the team.

I knew not a one of em.

i just thought of this since none of you actually play with klobber would this not come under spamming of players inbox since he is sending invites to all players over a certain rank only.

None of us play with Klobber because he's put the first 5 pages of the scoreboard on his ignore list. Klobber's great at exploiting loopholes that management is too gutless to actually think about closing.

EDIT: now it looks like he's inviting one good team to each game so he can have some plausible deniability.

Let me just throw this out there, and feel free to disagree but just hear me out...

Conquer Club's championship system is FUCKED, especially for the highest echelon ranks. GET OVER IT. YOU CANNOT MAKE IT UNLESS YOU GAME THE SYSTEM (AKA PSEUDOFARM and mostly in freestyle).

There are standing rules. They are pretty clear. You are either in direct violation or you are gaming the system and in the clear.

• Some people work around such rules.
  Many times they have been brought up.
  Obviously changing the rules to punish these few would cause more problems for many more people in normal gameplay.

Wake up and smell reality, this is how it is and is going to be, better to focus on the multies and other cheaters...

This is absolute bullshit. Dustine got stuck in Game 7474949 when a sitter accidentally joined the game.




Something needs to be done about this. Both Emmdizzle and Klobber have abused the site in a way that is far worse than normal farming. They have taken it a step too far, and CC needs to clamp down before this becomes the norm. You can't expect this shit to end if there aren't strict rules against it... it will continue and it will get worse.

This was something decided on by admin...when emmdizzle started it before anyone even reported it.
It was decided then that it wasnt abuse.
Making a thread when i cleared him only a few days ago isnt the way to go about it.
If you read that I say to get behind a suggestion to change the rules. Until then I can only moderate and judge on the rules im told to.
Also does not give everyone a reason to flame him....

Since fucking when has it been up to the community to create and enforce abuse policies? More to the point, how is it that Klobber hasn't earned himself a permanent ban by now? Isn't he basically one strike away?

Seems like serial and widespread and fucking annoying misuse of the invite system would qualify. But maybe I should put up a poll and get the suggestion stickied.

thanks for the advice eddie, i really dont think its fair to block pm's from all my foes because one person is abusing the invite system.. everyone should be able to message the person that has foed them to plead there case and get removed from the foe list... its bullshit.. something needs to be done! he even invited me to a game where i had his partner foed for cheating as well..

if this guy wants to invite a inexpierenced low team mate to all of the other teams in his games, by previous case i guess thats fair.. but this is beyond that and should deserve punishment.. look at his wall, he is making CC a shit place for anyone ranked higher then him.. is that what CC's wants? allow one person to piss off 100 others? wouldnt it be bad for business if even 1 other person didnt get premium again because of this shit...

Invitations aren't sent via PMs now, so KLOBBER has full access to the invitation system even if he is forum banned.

yep i totally worded what i was saying wrong.

klobber was given a forum ban (perma)for something. now the invite system has been changed he is using this to harass cc players so he should be banned from doing this as well now.
