Frankly, I think you're making that dream up. You make no mention of any untoward sexual advances from the great man himself. Unless, of course, you didn't think they were untoward

I'm not. There were no sexual advances. His demeanor towards me was paternalistic, really.

Alot of my ancestors from Sicily were in the mob, before we came over in the early 1900's, I guess the ones that stayed there still probably are. Thats about it.

My GGGGGGGGGgrandfather was Charlemagne(I'm not sure how many Gs)
And distant cousins don't count, because pretty much everyone in America is a 10th cousin or something.

I'm related to a famous german chemist on my mom's side and there is also a place in Germany named after him.
Willaim Penn the founder or something of Pennsylvannia gave some of my relatives land.
Also, some of my relatives were from a country that doesn't exist anymore.

Annie Lennox (of the Eurythmics) is my second cousin, according to my Dad.
Although I should quality this by saying my Dad is renowned for just making stuff up for a laugh.

How do you know this? A lot of people have problems going before about 1500 due to incomplete / confusing / lack of census information.

Most famous bloodlines had the money or prestige to maintain fairly accurate records.
As for you your challenge to my claims of blood, which relatives do you not buy as being true? Second, how do you want me to prove these things?

That's pretty damn notable in my books!
CHEERS!!
edit: on topic, I have ancestors of note
to me. Their feats would pale in comparison to most claims here but they are revered by me and my family

i think the story goes the king went out to fight on a war and then came back to find someone takin over his throne, so he hired one of my ancestors to kill the dude and well, he did it, he stabbed a freakin dagger through the mans skull...
it amuses me... but thats about all i got...

I got the same story as Sammy Gags - maybe we're related. My paternal grandmother's family (Cunningham), had a coat of arms from the king for hiding him in a haystack when he was pursued by God knows who. I don't remember which king it was, but there was a haystack on the coat of arms. My mother's people were horse thieves in England and stowed away on a ship to America. Nothing exciting, but i was once verbally assaulted by Frank Zappa for sitting in "his seat" in a waiting room.

Well my paternal great grandparents escaped persecution in Eastern Europe (they were Jews) because of their business. They owned a lingerie store that supplied Hitler's mistress. She warned my great grandparents to flee Germany, which they did.
My great aunt was one of the world's first supermodels. Her face is on the box of every packet of 'Redheads' matches in Australia.
