I will ask him right now. He will be down staying at my house for a week starting Friday, so if I cant get a response today or tomorrow, it is definate that I will get a response Friday. I know for a fact that he stated if it fills up and he can not possibly run it, then I MAY step in his place. I will just post here when I get his response.

He could, but he would only be here for a week and so would only be able to help out on the game for that week.

He doesnt know whats wrong about it and he just moved so his parents will probably put his computer near the bottom of the to do list as a consequence of it.
