Interestingly, the broom closet Biden was storing the classified documents he stole in was in the same building as OAN, whom U.S. regime intelligence claims to be a Russian cutout. So Biden stole classified documents and then dumped them in an unlocked broom closet next to what his own people claim to be a Russian spy ring. In the Cold War they called that a dead drop.
The cold war is over, now we call it a Trump drop.

Quote what I said that is factually incorrect.

The problem is that you believe absolute truth exists. As a social constructionist I realize there is no such thing. The lines of the state media that you're parroting are every much as factual as my post. They've chosen to emphasize one set of facts and deemphasize another to construct a certain reality; that of the good-natured, pitifully senile, old man who made an honest mistake and feels genuinely bad. I am doing the same with facts equally as valid but in service to a different reality. But you perceive the state media to be absolute, objective reality because they are cloaked in the costume of officialdom which is an intoxicating narcotic for the humans.
The majority of humans in dictatorships are dupes who think they're moderate free thinkers but who are unwittingly singing in the regime's Hallelujah Chorus. Jim is their diva.
So now you are arguing that the phrase “2+2=4” is a “social construct” and not an absolute truth?
If that’s right (which we won’t know because “right” doesn’t exist)… but if that’s correct, that “2+2=4”is not an absolute truth… then language has no meaning and this conversation is over because we aren’t even communicating.

Meanwhile, the House has ordered an independent inquiry into the theft of classified material by Biden with some congressmen saying impeachment may be a possibility.
Was Biden selling state secrets to line his pockets? Is that how he bought four waterfront mansions on a $185,000/year salary?
Meanwhile-2, Senator Graham is demanding AG Garland appoint a Special Prosecutor to prepare criminal charges against Biden in the same way one was appointed in the less egregious Trump case.

That reminded me, less than two months ago the aging and increasingly portly Michelle said that if Barack Obama were found to have taken classified documents from the White House after the end of his term he should be in jail "guaranteed."
Watch jim do intellectual and linguistic backflips and circus-type contortions to explain how somehow, for some obscure reason, this fairly straightforward statement obviously doesn't apply to Biden and we're all fools for thinking it would.

So now you believe that Michelle Obama is the final word on what constitutes a criminal and jailable act?
There’s no backflip… Michelle is NOT qualified to make this decision. The FBI investigates, Justice Department determines if a crime has been committed and if the crime warrants a prosecution.

You can’t write a legitimate sentence and I’m the idiot?
You don’t just have one or two typo’s… your posts are a mental diarrhea stream of consciousness that offends normal sensibilities.
This morning, yet another batch of classified documents Biden stole were discovered.
These ones were apparently in the garage at his Rehoboth Beach weekend house and included material on Ukraine. (There have previously been rumors Biden was involved in shady business dealings in Ukraine prior to the war after his son - a cocaine addict with no obvious skills who is known to have hired trafficked and underage girls for prostitutes - was hired by a Ukrainian company in a $960,000/year job, the responsibilities of which were attending two optional meetings per month.)
Attorney-General Garland - under mounting pressure to appoint a Special Prosecutor to open criminal charges against Biden - has announced an urgent press conference this afternoon at 1:15 p.m. ET.
I will tell you right now, Garland will not be announcing the appoint of a Special Prosecutor. He'll use the press conference to do the Biden Shuffle and yell at everyone how it's not really as bad as it seems and/or it's all Russian disinformation.

That's about the backflip I predicted.
Michelle Obama, a licensed attorney with a JD from Harvard who was formerly a high-powered lawyer with Sidley & Austin, who ran the White House East Wing for eight years, who and has written several bestselling books on politics, is "not qualified" to say stealing classified documents is a jailable offense.
Whatever it takes for jim to cover for the criminal cartel regime with one hand while using the other hand to gesture wildly that he's a nonpartisan, freethinking, moderate. At this point, jim, you should just claim to be a flying giraffe from Jupiter. That would be more believable.
Things that don't add up to me:
1. The initial batch of documents was reportedly found on Nov. 2. It's only now a news story 2 months later?
2. According to the reports, Biden's lawyers discovered the material when they were cleaning out a closet. However, who sends their lawyers to clean out a closet? Wouldn't you normally send a lowly staffer or intern to take care of that, unless you are actually aware of classified material being present in that closet?
Also, I heard a report (I have not yet done enough searching to be fully confident this is accurate, so take it with a grain of salt for now) that the residence where the most recent batch of documents was found was claimed by Hunter Biden as his home in 2018. Make of that what you will.
In my line of work, I have access to classified material and have to take annual training on handling of such materials. To be honest, both this situation and the one with Trump still pale in comparison to Hillary setting up a private email server and using it for official business.
Biden is now saying that the classified documents he stole and stored in his garage at one of his luxury estates were perfectly safe because they "weren't out in the street." That's the new standard for determining if classified documents are secure: whether or not you stack them on the sidewalk. You can't make this up.
“By the way, my Corvette’s in a locked garage, okay?” he said, responding to a reporter’s question about why he’d store documents next to his Corvette. “So it’s not like they’re sitting out in the street.
Compare this to where Trump was storing documents: a windowless room with a keypad-coded lock, inside a walled facility defended by 50 Secret Service special agents each of whom undergo one year of weapons and combat training, under continuous CCTV surveillance.
Biden's security was a padlock he picked-up on a Costco run, plus this guy as a guard. ↓
Attorney General Garland has just appointed Bobby Hur, who previously served as the Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney for Maryland, as Special Prosecutor to initiate a criminal inquiry into Joe Biden regarding his theft of classified material.
Under Trump, Hur built a track record successfully jailing Democrats including Baltimore mayor Catherine E. Pugh, former Del. Cheryl D. Glenn (D-Baltimore City), and former Del. Tawanna P. Gaines (D-Prince George’s County). Since being dismissed by Biden, Hur has been working in private practice. He is a member of the Federalist Society, and clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist.
Pressure is now on McCarthy to prepare articles of impeachment against Biden.

but you just said like 5 minutes ago they wouldn’t appoint a special prosecutor?

That was great. Wasn't her excuse that she wanted to do work emails on her personal phone because having two phones was confusing? And she still thinks the reason she lost the election is because she's a woman.

Maybe… but none of those 3 things compare to Trump inciting a riot at the Capital on January 6, 2021.
