That being said, I consider myself a decent player, especially when I pull of some insane chain grabs. But that doesn't happen too often....

I like Falco more than Fox. He's easier to handle, jumps higher, and I think he's more powerful.

so that's the way it goes. I like Pikachu the most, but that doesn't mean he's the best.

Ok, first of SHFFL stands for Short-hop FAST fall L-cancel, and is sometimes called the SHFFLc.

Also, even though tiers exist, in tournaments you will rarely find someone of equal skill, so you may use your Pika, but you will need a secondary character just in case, often best if of a higher tier.

Also, Fox is top in the game, but is incredibly difficult to use. Fox is only tough in the hands of a professional. I'm starting to be good with him. Falco is a slower stronger variant, easy to use but is still good in the game.

Shiek dominates casual play only. At higher levels of play Shiek is so straightforward that she is easy to dispose of, and the Shiek user has to have quite an amount of mental skill in order to overcome Shiek's predictability. Shiek's potential is small, her tech skill is very easy to learn but doesn't get much better after that.

Ahh, smash. One of the best games in the world. Adv techs seem to have been the discussion a while back, but let me just be clear about some things:

1) Sliding = Wavedash = air dodging towards the ground at an angle.
2) Rebound = Teching
3) Fox = best character, Falco = 2nd best, Sheik = 3rd.
4) Pikachu has the strongest up smash in the game. Fact. Fox has the BEST upsmash, since it's faster and slightly less powerful. Another fact.
5) Pikachu's up air is a semi-spike and can make characters with bad recovery cry if it hit's them right.

Yes, I also use Pikachu in smash.

As soon as I saw the name of the new character I thought it was going to be completely stupid, next we are getting Cooking Mama for Brawl. However once I saw HOW the character handled it made a bit more sense, not a character I would use...

And Pika's tailspike is the only thing Pika has going for him...
