Thank you Twill for the comment, this thread should die, and sorry to bring it up, although it was up here when I posted already. I agree with your ruling and find everything you stated to be fair.
As for the "intrusion" on emails. I would allow you to view mine. The possible shift could be allowable if both parties agreed. Thank you again for your level-headed view. Feel free to have this thread locked.
