You should use the colors red, white, and black as much as you can.Natewolfman wrote:very dark and creepy
im sure the blurrynes will go away with future updatesEthitts wrote:I like how this map is coming along, but to be honest, this new update hurts my eyes. The buildings seem all blurry, perhaps that's why?
I say multiple, to add more strategy. Would it filter players into each other?Natewolfman wrote:-figure out an effective attack path from zombies to buildings (will i only have 1 way in and out of all buildings? or multiple routes?)
1) correct, im certain the blurry factor will be fixedJuan_Bottom wrote:

You should have at least one road out of town though, to make it more realistic. You could put an Army blockade in the way, have a bridge out, or maybe just some flaming cars. You need more stuff on fire anyway.
Where is the helicopter pad??? The National Guard towers have completly disappeared, but I know that you plan to fix that too.

1) ayeaye, im sure MarVal thought of this, he said earlier when i asked about space "It will all fit in the end" so im not too woried about that yetNight Strike wrote:There needs to be more space on the building areas for both names and armies.
I know you're wanting a dark map, but doing a concrete gray might be a better color for the streets. Otherwise you're going to have to go with some bright text/territory border colors.
I wouldn't make all those zombies territories. That would make this a pretty big map if you did.
The title needs an "S".
I'm not too keen on the current map border. Plus, there's no room for map instructions/explanations.
the plan was to make the zombies around the edge a 1 or 2, then deeper you get into the city the crazy high numbers apear... and i had planned to make them respawn back to normal... but are you saying to have them respawn up to say 5 after i take the 1/2 down? basically... a burnt bridge policy, you killed a bunch of them and now there is no turning back... that idea i do likeIncandenza wrote:Two quick things:
1) I love the concept, but at the moment the graphics are pretty terrible.
2) you must guard against making it too difficult to move around, otherwise people will just sit and build, and that's no fun at all. If nothing else, if I were to find myself in the middle of a zombie outbreak, I'd wait till there weren't too many around to make my move.Maybe make the initial neutrals very low (like 1 or 2) to encourage early movement, but make the respawning neutrals higher (like 5), which would fit the whole zombie pack-hunting behavior.
Yes it is now blurry, Juan.Juan_Bottom wrote:
