Well, actually, with the current US economy, inflation is being reversed. Dollars will be worth more, but just because they'll be really hard to come by.

will a mobile page be made?
Sure i can access it from my iTouch, but only in a WiFi area...
I got a blackberry curve yesterday, and i can access CC, but havent tried to play a game yet... cause it is so hard to read... I have miniOpera 4.1 on my BBC...

(anyone know if its possible to get flash for the blackberry?)

because, I would like to see something happen from this... I made a suggestion and it more or less got ignored becuase of these 2 threads... so i searched them out... and every thread i find that mentions a mobile page i will post in to bump it... it is a legit idea and should be considered... it bothers me that there are people like you who will comment on my bumping of a thread or two because you dont have the ability to benifit from it... please keep your snide remarks to yourself, what would it hurt you if this happened? why are you so against it?

is there anyone around that has experience or contacts with someone with experience that might be able to work with the CC programmers to get an iPhone/iTouch app?
If not that, then how about a mobile page? that would be much easier to program...

again, YOU DO NOT NEED ONE, the iphone and touch work just fine with CC using safari. you are asking for something that isn't necessary. and please, tell me how much you are willing to pay for the patch that you want someone to make for you, despite CC working fine on iphones and the touch... maybe as much as you have plunked down for your premium? oh wait, you aren't a premium!!! because no app is necessary for the iphone, which the other thread is about!!! CC works fine on an iphone or touch, as i stated in your other bumped thread. and again, what more do you expect for free from this site? why don't you develop a patch for all of us? my remarks aren't snide, they are on the mark. the iphone and touch work fine with CC, despite your allegations in the other thread. use safari, period, and stop complaining about something that isn't broken.-0

You can take your turns using Skyfire. It'll burn through your battery fast though, so I only use it in a pinch.

btw, i can almost gaurantee that im in a bigger city than you... 7th largest in the country... but you see... i travel all over the country... and my iTouch doesnt pick up a WiFi signal everywhere... so I suggest that a mobile page is created... which not only would benifit me, but others that have this same issue...

perhaps if you actually read what I wrote you would see that i never said i have an iPhone... i asked for an iPhone/iTouch web app so that I can access it from my iTouch when i do have WiFi... and secondly I asked for a mobile page that i can access from my blackberry, which does have internet access via ATT EDGE 3G...

You are doing nothing but being ignorant, by shooting this idea down because you dont need it... well, if i am to be able to play as often as i would like, i do need something, because currently play is next to impossible on the blackberry... when i have WiFi, i am able to play on my iTouch, but i dont get into the city much, I am stuck on a military installation where WiFi is NOT readily available... tho a group that I am a part of is workin on changing that...

search for games iv played recently... you will notice i only play on certian days of the week when i get off post to a WiFi spot and when I do, its only for a 2-6 hours, maybe twice a week... if there were a Mobile page that is actually readable on the blackberry, I would be able to play everyday!

iPhone apps are relatively easy to make. The only thing that might be difficult is networking this site to the app itself. the rest is just graphics and links. As for the Wi-Fi problem, there's nothing you can do about that. If you can't access the internet, then than thats your problem. CC isn't responsible for that. I think that the app would be a great money making strategy that anyone on this site would buy.

Just got myself an iPhone and am planning on creating some kind of app.

Yes, you can play CC through Safari, but it's not overly user-friendly. I think an app would be great, and I was surprised one didn't exist already.

It'd be nice to have an easily accessible hub, with a user friendly method playing.

Also, I think if an app existed, it would attract much more attention to CC and get many others on board.

I am a developer, but haven't touched the iPhone dev SDK yet. So I can't promise a quick turnaround.

I was looking at the CC API, but no way of logging in or taking turns - how would you go about this?

Has anyone any pointers to get me going.....?!
