That pretty much sums it up...From what I can tell he was just bad for business, and Twill wasn't going to allow one person to continue to ruin the site for so many different people. (at least, that's how I took it...nothing from being a mod, just my personal stance)

Is it a permanent ban?

I personally find the reasons offered to be flimsy, at best, not that max wasn't an ass, but if this is a compete ban from cc, no return, I think its a bit sinister, and extreme.

What happens when the clique that continuely complained and often attacked Max, moves onto another target that they dislike, will that person be banned too?
