lol, oh no! Not an FOS, please spare us the pain!
Anyway, on to a poem...
Scum has been unmasked, and his body swings gracefully from the gallows.
In his shadow, children play on a bright midsummer's day.
Poor Rictus, un-experienced and un-suspecting,
Dealt an evil hand in his very first go
"No, please! For yet I am useful!" he shouts as the mob drags him onwards
But on this day, all the residents of fair Verona have come for blood
And nothing shall sate their thirst but the very essence of life and death,
Play god and the devil, we all must;
thence judge a man by his very actions (and the blackness of his soul)
With no account of his words,
As all the fair citizens can attest, the only truth is that which fair spin
Deigns to show.
On the morrow, surely as more corpses will mark the passing night,
Yet more scum shall be revealed to us all
To have their necks stretched in the most heinous of ways
For the truth shall set us free.
