although whether i personally wouldn't be able to take part without fewer games in each tourney ( or more teammates) is unimportant, I wonder for your own benefit in planning a winter addition whether many of the Yes votes would drop off if you repeated the poll this month ? ... of course there may be many other folks with great enthusiasm who did not take part....
Again, my goal here is not to whine; I loved taking part , but just to wonder whether you have the best info for planning future efforts.

Thanks mate, it has been a long process but I have to admit and with the amount of tournament launched so far (79
) since April last year, that only minor issue to deal with, lot's of communication with team leaders which they all have done a great job responding and make those event successfull so far.
To answer your questions, this is what I can tell you;
The Battle Royale event for the Closing Ceremony not being part of the medal contest, and because the experience made with the opening ceremony, I will not invite players for it, I will have game created and let them filled with whom wants to join, when a game gets full I will gage the time frame it needed to fill it and may open a second game, at least my goal is to have one game per map launched...will see, but be sure that they won't be any penalty for any team if a player don't want to join
As far winter edition I plan on using the Auto Tournament tool to facilitate the motion for some sport, however the structure for each event will be different, my goal is to reduce the game load since I don't believe I will have that many players...but who know...within 2 years from now things may change...At least was a great experience and I enjoyed entertaining you all with this Madness...It's not done though, 6 more sports should go out by the end off this month to stay within the 12 months time frame because I promised to have all tournament out in less than a year (the ceremonies doesn't count ).
About the clan things, lot's of change occured in 2016 with merging clans, new clans and more therefore I'm not sure how the next edition will be receive by the clans and the CC crowd...Sure thing is that I won't put it out without being sure I have enough players to start with
