From the bit that I played, I have to give a big BRAVO for the story bits. Very nice.
Conquer Club, a free online multiplayer variation of a popular world domination board game.

As it turned out, if I had investigated anyone other than you, I couldn't have claimed. Being able to out you as third party really helped me. If I had exposed Ace, for example, I would have been accused of being scummy for it.aage wrote:It did... I had to keep you alive at practically all costs, otherwise I'd be lynched too. But still, why me?Serbia wrote:Well, I was very rusty in this game. Made some silly mistakes that gave me away. All in all, very fun though!
Got lucky with the investigation, bought me some time!
Lol... looking at how things went that Mafia lose really came outta nowhere today lol
Thank you very much. I included the recruitment mechanism and the extra possible NK in order to balance out the scum side but it didn't seem to work. As for the redirections, there were only two people who could redirect actions: cena (prof x) and edocsil (mystique). Two isn't really that much.ga7 wrote:I think you did a good job, I always appreciate the effort on flavor and scenes which is unfortunately not so common, the setup itself was quite weird with so many actions potentially redirected, but I find the game quite balanced else, only 3 scum but a 3rd party that could have hurt us a lot and potential recruitment of the only doc.
Well, with one of those bulletproof members being recruitable and with a possible unblockable night kill, I hoped that the scum would be able to bring down the bulletproof town that way, but it didn't happen. And I never really anticipated strike wolf becoming bulletproof. He had a 1/6 chance of it happening that night. And in order to become bulletproof with his normal evolution abilities, he would have had to been hit by a protection and a kill on the same night. Not impossible, but I wouldn't try to do it on purpose if I was him.ga7 wrote:I think there were a wee bit too many bulletproofs compared to the number of potential kills.
There just weren't enough Mafia to convince me we had 'em all. So I had to choose someone to find suspicious. Your night actions and the elaboration about it had given so much reason to doubt that I just didn't get it any more. It just wasn't making sense. Therefore I figured someone had to be lying, and as you put so elegantly in that other thread, LAL.colton24 wrote:Aage, why did you figure me scum?
But with the Magnet too, I think it could have been very hard to make sense of any night actions lolMr. Squirrel wrote:Thank you very much. No I kept trying to think of ways I could do it though. Lol. I wanted that bulletproofness. After catching mafia it was my main goal in the game.Mr. Squirrel wrote:Thank you very much. Thanks for the critique. I might start up another mafia sometime toward the end of the year. I just need to think of a good theme.
