Kraken is a mythological creature, therefore it isn't actually part of the molusca family. Unicorns aren't part of whatever family horses are in either.

snorri is right. the mollusca question is what pretty much ruled out every other possible guess. i would consider a mythological creature alive (because, as iliad said, it is not a brick house), but yeah. well, anyways, just keep this in mind next time you're up, iliad.
