With the Staph taken care of, Oliver's rash cleared up nicely. But the enterotoxic agent was still active. I don't think it can be coincidence that one person is common to all deaths...

the way i see it, if there is a cult out there...lovo has to be a part of it. He has been in a position to access information throughout the game, has listed only certain players as responsible for deaths. Everything that could be put on me, can just as easily be connected to him as well. With the revelation that there is a cult out there, it is far too big of a risk to allow lovo to remain in the game, because if there is a cult, it means that he is very likely apart of it, and is why we arent seeing high numbers of deaths each night (because lovo has been recruiting)
