I feel I should confirm the Mason connection marashu made. I am buj's mason, we are a tracker/watcher pair (either of us could do either, I stuck as watcher for claim purposes and buj stuck as tracker) I can confirm actions as soon as I'm home (in the mountains right now). There is another condition of our role. I feel Mat is dark from the description I found after the scene, and because of our combined role conditions. I have a good idea of who is Mat, though because my action has been tampered with the first two nights, I can't say for complete certainty I saw Mat, but one of us ended up interacting with him. But I am part of the Wild Hunt (should show more results than the hunt) and I still believe that Light is the mafia, as I have not seen a light role show up (would indicate a minority, which I take as scum).

About the part of seeing Mat, I can't confirm we saw him for sure (because of the role tampering), but I think I know who it is, or can at least post the actions (what we did versus what it turned out to be) so the more adept people can pick it out as to who it is (if the role is a light role, I don't know flavor but as I said I think he's dark, so I would not be inclined to give away the name of the person in question).

The only problem I have with your claim is that you think Mat is dark when in all possibility he is one of the lead generals of the forces of light. Why do you think he is dark? makes no sense , are you trying to protect him ? Are you even who you say you are? tell us more

@Wing I have had the idea since after Night 2, with the night scene of the three switches and the howling (the hunt would go on, whatever that scene was).

@Mitch I'm unfamiliar with the series, what I thought was what I gathered from wiki. What I thought was if this game was based in earlier books, he might be Light, but after reading the wiki it seemed he was a dark guy after a certain point, seemed like he had done more for Dark from what I read, so I assumed Dark, though if you all are saying he might be Light, I'm fine with going back and confirming who I had suspicions of it being (I say suspicions because buj and I did get switched that night but he told me who he ended up at and vise versa. I just want to see what more people think about his alignment before I expose another dark player just because one or two told me his alignment MAY be Light).

FP by aage: okay, I'll get the two suspects together and post them. Two cause of the switch that took place. Sounds like it could be a lead, I remember aage said he read part of the series at least, so I'll get it ready for another post, along with my commentary on which one I would guess it was. I would still prefer to hold off until there's at least one more, so I will be compiling, not immediately posting.

Cause partial lists are useless. It's information that is more valuable to scum than to town.

Newguy, Mat and Luc is a pretty fuckin big difference yeah. If you know who Luc is you might not want to share that. Outing town is nowhere near as productive as outing scum.

@Ragian - Mat is the lead general for the forces of the Light. He is also one of the main characters of the books.

That said, I'm not sure if Mat has just been used in rish's scenes, or if a player has a "Mat" role. sam, is killing Mat part of your WC, or is it part of your role's flavour? And do you need to be involved with killing him, or do you win if he dies?

Apologies, I am in the process of moving to a new city so I had trouble getting online. It's part of my flavour, but I don't win just for killing him.

Wing thoughts on greg

My thoughts are that the killer appears to be mostly inactive. Missed death with no shouts of doc etc. No one really challenging either of us.

Doom, Greg, Newguy could be of the semi active as their comments are always empty. But I cannot name 14 players in this game.
