I denounce Jake. N8 started the whole "lynch Wicked" thing yesterday, and he came up scum, so I'm guessing that Wicked is safe for a bit. Unless she got recruited or something, I don't believe she's scum.

Coughing as a way to find scum? So aimless told specifically told you the chances of death for town and scum? Well this is not a good way of finding scum at all. A townie has such a high chance of surviving, you won't really know if they are town or not until they die. And you can only kill town? So you're basically you're a cop with no guarantee of finding scum that has a chance to kill off a townie everytime he investigates? That role sucks

He's not pro-town though, he's a survivor - i.e. kill everyone else. IMO, that would be a really cool addition to a standard survivor role, who has no special powers. Anyway, where did he say that he can't kill scum?

No, that's serial killer. Survivor can win if the town wins, or if the cult wins, so long as they live (in fact, I think the mafia can endgame town and survivor can still win).

I think a survivor just has to live til the end of the game. It doesn't matter who else survives or not. So I don't think LSU would have to kill everyone as long as he was around for endgame. But idk it may be different for this game.

How the hell is it skimming when I quoted you directly? Sheesh. You NEVER said, "I made a mistake in understanding my role limitations, it has to be players in this game". Yeah you said you got a warning about Selin, but you didn't give specific details, like you were just trying to skim over the facts. I see your denouncings on Kozy and I as OMGUS votes.

Answer me this, does the number of times and number of days you cough on someone affect anything? For example, you coughed on me yesterday and I survived. Now, does Aim "roll the dice" again today after your coughs on me today, or does me surviving yesterday mean I'm clear for the entire game, no matter how many times I'm coughed on?

Exactly. If he killed off most of the town so the scum would win, he would also win if he survived.

I specifically asked him to roleclaim. Most of the players here are not such noobs that I have to explain "let him claim before lynching him". You, OTOH, would need to be told that. I didn't defend anyone, I explained why I understood their point of views.

Name is Sick John. I'm a survivor. As I said before I'm as puzzled as to anyone why two deaths happen. Coughing is a way to help diagnose someone that is scum or not as scum would definitely live through a cough while townies have a 5/6 chance of living through it. People that were already coughed on are fine for living and as long as I keep my coughs on them until their death then I'm ok to post although Aimless did suggest that it would be best for me to cough on at least one new person each day. He didn't explain why, but being that this is a strange role, I'm just going with what he suggested. Right now, I'm leaning to him doing that just to get his laughs at how paranoid people are acting. As the only ones that died from it were yesterday without any of us fully understanding the situation. New info is just stuff I've found out since day 2 other then him suggesting a cough on a new person each day

That's contradictory. How can you be puzzled by the deaths of 2 people AND know that people will die? Denounce LSU

Also, Denounce Jake because if anyone would know why a mod wasn't active, it would be another mod.

PCM I thought that too at first (referring to LSU's contradiction) and was about to point it out but he's probably puzzled because he said town have a 5/6 chance to survive. Statistically, 2 people dying is weird I guess.

I think you're making it all up. My role did not come with a name. Mandy's role did not come with a name. Neutrino's role did not come with a name. N8's role did not come with a name.

Also, as PCM indicates, you're contradicting yourself.

Furthermore, you keep changing your story to make it possible for you to cough on everybody.

Finally, as a scum detection method, this coughing thing sucks big time, so even in the hypothetical case that you're not lying through your teeth, you're not a big loss.

So LSU has a 17% chance of killing townies and a 0% chance of killing scum. He cannot help "find" scum since if someone survives his coughing, there's no way to tell if they're scum or not, since townies have an 83% chance of survival too. So what am I missing? What is the point of keeping him around? Does anyone see any reason to not denounce him immediately, before he has a chance to kill more of us? BTW, scum would want to keep him around b/c he's no threat to them and a definite threat to the town. LSU, do YOU see any way you can help the town?

It's unlikely, yes. But isn't losing 12v1 on a dice roll unlikely also? Yet it happens all the time.

Even if we forget all the arguments that have been lined up against LSU, and merely focus on his roleclaim, the only conclusion can be that his coughing kills townies and nobody else.

Yeah but aren't you surprised when it happens? Same way LSU would be surprised if he killed two.

I don't buy this name thing. It could just as easily be a role name, e.g. Medicine Man (Doctor), but he has Sick John (Survivor).

Wow. Well, I'm ready to denounce LSU just for that claim and praying it doesn't get passed on. Killing townies 1 time out of 6 wtf
