I'm sorry that Races 1-5 took so long to complete. Because of that, I'm cutting the round limit in half to 25 rounds. If your game has not completed by Round 25, I will record the places via BOB (either number of troops if Sunny or number of territories and last deployment amount if Foggy). This should help speed up the tournament without affecting too many games.

Games for Races 6-10 have been sent out. Good luck.

I just realized that one of the games for Races 6-10 is past round 25. Because there are still 2 other active games, I will not invoke this rule until all remaining games get past round 25. This tweak seems the most fair one in my mind and will not drastically affect the tournament.
