Isn't it likely, or at least possible, that our win conditions are all worded slightly differently?
Isn't it also possible that Rodion is mafia, somebody slipped and gave him their win condition, and it's been passed around to mafia?
I don't think that this is the best tactic, as it has a high probability of giving us both false positives and false negatives.

If we see that all of them are worded slightly different then we know it's useless and move on. The same thing for the Rodion thing.

Worst case scenario: we waste a bit of time

The encryption is so that everyone has to post their win condition before anyone has to reveal it.

If I posted my win condition in plain sight, scum would obviously just copy it, this way they can't and will be forced to guess/not post it.(unless they figure it out by some other means of course).
