I hear a lot of people speak of the jester role, but what is it, what does it do, and how does it win? I've never seen it before yet people act like it's a common role.

Anyway, gonna META here for a second.. Interesting Yomiel.. In our other game you call people rude for voting you or giving you tips. Might me something worth looking into.

Its a bastard role that wins only if it gets lynched. It doesn't have any powers (or at least it usually doesn't). It only appears in maybe 1 out of every 100 games, but for some reason everyone always is paranoid about it.

Jester is a role that wins if they get lynched, but not if they die in the night time.

I find it hard to believe that: 1. there would be a jester in this game (though not impossible) and 2. that they would make themselves so exposed so quickly.

So in response to whats happened I will Unvote and vote crazy milkshake for defending someone for no reason. Although you only said "jester much" it makes people pull focus from them to someone else... and that's definitely enough to go off for a day 1 joke-vote-to-claim stage. Why would you be concerned about claiming someone is a jester if they had so few votes on them (even jokinlgy). From my Sherlock Holmes logic I leave it to deduce that you and crazy milkshake are mafia partners. And only the powers of Thor shall sway me otherwise!

wait so should we, or should we NOT kill you? im a litle lost... before you implied that if you were killed horrible things WOULD happen.

i think Neb might be a ghost, who can only post through people. or a demon of some kind, who possesses people. considering that the voice came out of the blue, seems like a ghost. or a spirit... maybe ghost-busters? or something like that? maybe he is a program from the matrix?

When did I imply killing me would be bad? I've been trying to get you to do it since the game started. I obviously can't tell you what will happen if I don't die, but I can tell you two things-I am a Town role, and dying will not lead to me winning or keep me from it, same as all of you.

Would the effect in question work with a vig/Serial Killer etc? Or would this effect immediate upon day end?
