Yes, I have been updating the invite (I get pm'ed when they run out) but it's a constant irritation and a lot of unnecessary work for tournament organisers when players don't accept invites or respond to pm's without a simple message to let me know if they are to be delayed.

(It's usually the same players so I perhaps need a "black list" )

I use black lists for repeat offenders in my tournies
