I EXPECT you to post DAILY if at all possible. This is a game run by discussion and POSTING ONE EVERY FOUR DAYS IS NOT THE GOAL. It means you are inactive or scummarining or otherwise not performing your duties as a player in this mafia game. IF I catch this repeatedly I WILL replace without warning, and/or modkill if I run out of replacements.
This game took a lot of time, thought, and effort to put together, so I would rather ruin it by killing off inactives through mod kills then letting inactivity ruin my game.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS is the possibility of RL issues, at which you talk to me. Case in Point Nark.
And by saying what you said, you are basically stating ... somebody give me a shout when this game is over.

Woah, pretty quick to be advocating the no lynch vote already eh? It's been less than 12 hours since the day even started...

We should always try to at least get some information out of the day phase, whether through a random slip up (though admittedly not quite common) or otherwise, or just to get a feel of the other players. And since you mentioned in the Mafia Games Handbook that you "have experience moderating" on another platform, you should be aware of this. So why the rush?

I like Stors play at least he is doing something, and poking the angry bear Mtam is always going to get something happening. Stor is town, Mtam I can't read so I dont know. Strike probably has the right idea of keeping his head down, but meh. Day one is boring if you don't start some strawman arguments. Pancake is boring scum. I mean, he comes in and says the party is going to start and then tells off the only two at the bloody party.

Day one can be a drag, but those that don't want to participate in it volunteer themselves for a lynching to get it over quicker imo. No lynch in day one is bad for town.

Umm... apparently you haven't played enough on these forums to know that saying no lynch on day one before there is even any discussions going is basically a lynchable offense here. We have 12 days to see how people react to things/post/etc... cutting off discussions before they even start is very scummy.

Pretty much everything I could say about Ultra voting No Lynch less than 24 hours into a long day 1 has been said by others. Here's the problem with follow the cop. 1. It relies on the cop living through the night. 2. It relies on the cop not being role blocked through the night. 3. Cop results are subject to some bias, less than a lynch target in general yes but it's a factor. 4. Just because a cop is here doesn't mean he's going to hit scum night 1 or should reveal himself early if he receives an innocent result. 5. Going directly no lynch and expecting the cop to shoot pretty much blindly night one in a game with 17 players is just stupid. Day may result in no lynch but it's just bad practice to not even try to expose scum before going to voting no lynch. Ultra already has 4 votes otherwise I would vote for him.

The dichotomy of my feelings towards this portion of Hotshot's post. I don't really care for the set in stone rule of "lynch the no lynch voter". It strikes me as stupid as sticking steadfast to lynch all liars (Okay so part of my objection to this is that I have been known to lie as town...a lot...possibly more than necessary but that's not the point). The reasoning itself I like though not 100% original.

are you saying its impossible to contribute on day 1? Cause prior to your post, several people have contributed to this game. Some better than others. Yes it is day 1, we are limited by what we have, but you defending crasp (and not the other people i have called out) is a little strange. Care to go in more detail? So do you find mtamb to be townie then?
