The more astute opinion would be acknowledging that the fence is the issue. Not any one or any number of individuals. So long as the fence exists the argument will persist.
If the community team is tired of the overwhelming complaints concerning these types of issues then they need to simply remove the fence so that nobody can park their laurels on it. Public opinions are irrelevant on the matter because I think once again, we've safely demonstrated that we have great difficulty coming to agreement on anything.
Let alone the subconscious drivel you're attempting to fuss.
