Just catching up on this case... There are videos circulating showing that ICE shot this guy AFTER they had pinned him to the ground and removed the gun from him. There is a ICE agent in a grey jacket and jeans walking away with the guys gun a seconds before ICE shot him to death.

I thought you were a big second amendment guy Confed? Do all regular american citizens deserve to get shot by federal police if they bring their guns to defend the public from masked gunmen?

This is the video I just saw. It looks like he walked into the street recording on his phone. They push the lady down and he tries to help her up. The one ICE agent sprays him in the face and then other agents join in to take him to the ground. At least on ICE agent is hitting him. The Ice agent in a light colored jacket and dark mask that is facing the car turns around and a couple of seconds looks like he draws his weapon. I did not see the man they were wreslting with have a gun. But from that distance and a tight group like that I can't tell.

Like I said in previous post that the victim put himself in that position. I do think the ICE agens escalated the event. Calmer heads on all sides could have prevented this.

I do think in general ICE is being to aggressive.

You are 100% right but what's with the peeps that need to get involved filming every move up close and hinder the agents. Provocative at least and then everybody's head is not calm anymore but full of steam..it's so stupid from both sides. Let police do their job without filming / harrasment. After watching all the angles, many of them in solo motion, my personal order of events looks like:
He went to help a women ice agents pushed to the ground
He gets sprayed in the face by ICE while trying to help the women up.
While trying to keep a hold of the woman, he exchanges some pushes and shoves with an ice agent (which is probably the moment that will be used as justification for the killing in coming public statements by federal officials)
Multiple ice agents pile on him.
He gets pistol whipped in the head
While pinned to the ground by a group of agents, and with both hands on the ground an agent (agent 1) takes the gun (that victim has a permit to carry) from victims holder, while the agent next to him (agent 2) assists in pushing agent 1 away from the man on the ground to get the gun away from the scene, while simultaneously drawing his own gun. Once agent 1 is a step or two away, agent two fires multiple rounds into the back of the grounded vitctim.
After he fell to the ground lifeless they shot him 9 more times.

Now I'd fully agree that he put himself in a very dangerous situation, and that he was likely aware it could result in grave injury or death... but I don't see much in the way of what federal officials have called 'violent resistance'. There was def some pushing and shoving and he did get between an ICE officer and the woman so it's fair to say he 'interfered' with them... But by the time they started shooting him he had been disarmed by ICE, was on his knee's being held down by multiple agents, so personally I think the feds saying there were 'defensive shots' fired is at all believable. Things in real life happen fast and you don't get the benefit slo mo replay but it does seem clear that the first agent who fired clearly saw the other agent gain possession of the gun and get distance from the scene before he started firing.
