Unnessecary roleclaims yes.. like NES was pushing for earlier. It's slightly different at lynch -1 though, as there's no harm in letting them make their case. I suspect him of being mafia, but have very little evidence I'm basing that on, just the fact he seems the most scummy.

next day he can roleclaim and then if he seems scummy we lynch him but we also have to see who the mafia kill off

What icedagger said is true, it's better to wait for them to roleclaim before just lynching them off. Hopefully you'll learn from that.
