I'm still saying Texas. Heck, I'll give you a city. Houston. There, it's out. A drunken brawl in Houston. We'll see who's laughing in 20 years!!!!!!!!!

Wow. One of those isn't a country, one doesn't exist and one is a dead guy.
Still, nice try.
One soon will be, the other will and exist, and the last will come again.
Hmm. Again, two guesses and a cosmic zombie.

After careful consideration of the current geopolitical situation, i'm gonna go with:
Irakistan, Narnia, David Blaine, Eurasia and Wales.

Hard to imagine how it will be fought really. It's unlikely soldiers will fight the war this time due to technological "achievments". I'm guessing robots.

Iran, America, and China are definitely up their. No explanation needed.

The other major conflict that I feel is likely to happen in the next 50 years will be between Indonesia and Australia. Indonesia has one of the biggest populations in the world 234,693,997 thats 4th if i'm correct living in 1,919,440 km (and shrinking as sea levels rise). Indonesia's neighbour Australia has 21,180,000 living in 7,741,220 km. Its only a matter of time until population growth will demand territorial expansion (Can you guess where they will want to go). Plus there is the whole aspect of international religious tension, Indonesia has the largest islamic population on earth.

Thats just my opinion...

Tomorrow When the War Began becomes a reality...
I just hope Indonesia realises that Australia doesn't produce enough food to feed a tripling or quadrupling of it's current population before they start moving people here en masse...

i actually do think this is reasonable even though i hadnt ever really considered it much. I suppose in a lot of ways if a place like indonesia developed strong nationalist elements, who knows.

I wonder though, is australia really a viable alternative? I was under the impression a lot of the land down under isnt tremendous for human usage at the moment, and that there was a strain already on the population in a lot of ways. Seemingly someone would tell someone who was in charge at some point that maybe thats not such a good place to go.

Also i would like to say whoever cited 1984...well played.
