That makes four players that have posted looking for a team. I just sent a PM to all four, asking them to form a Dojo together. This will likely fill up the tournament.

Once the 13th team is registered, I will comb through the thread and my PMs for any settings not currently updated. If someone hasn't informed me of their Dojo Name, Dojo, and Martial Art Style, than I will PM that Dojo requesting the info.

hey sky you should just drop the teams that aren't filling in what there team needs and start making some more teams because i mean honestly most people when they take to long will just start dropping out and this seems to good of an idea to just drop move this back to create/join and kick the teams that wont give you the info you need

well we have submitted it but asked for it to be a surprise.

As in the PM...

One team never posted or PM'd their Dojo and Martial Arts preferences, so I have temporarily assigned them to the Classic map, with traditional rules. One of their members seem to no longer exist, so I'm waiting to hear from them to name a replacement player, or we may treat them as "masterless", rendering them much easier to defeat.

Two teams never posted or PM'd a Dojo name, so I named their Dojos after the Dojo Master. All issues taken care of.

If any changes need to be made, please contact me ASAP.

Dojo Masters, please assign each of your students to assault 4 of the opposing Dojos. Then PM me the list. Depending on the amount of information I receive, I may begin assigning games as soon as tomorrow.

Thankfully, I was quickly made aware of a horrible mistake I made. I somehow skipped over one team. I remember adding them to the original post, and I must have somehow replaced them when another team signed up. GO FOUR-SKINS!

All Dojo Masters, please double-check the initial post in the thread, and let me know of any changes that need to be made ASAP.

Please feel free to PM me any questions. Anyone that doesn't want to bother, I don't mind assigning students to random Dojos.

Most teams haven't gotten back to me yet, so hopefully this doesn't cause much of a problem.

The eliminated team has been reinstated. Some of the missing information was my fault! I can in no way punish them for a mistake that I made. (You know, I went over all this information twice, I'm gonna have to grab a proofreader in the future.)

This means that every Dojo Master will also challenge one opposing Dojo. An example of the information to give me is as follows:

Dojo Name: The Truculent Alliance
Dojo Master: EagleofGreenErth challenges Dojo A
Most Talented Student: Gozo_the_Great challenges Dojo B, C, D and E
2nd Most Talented Student: Lone.prophet challenges Dojo F, G, H, and I
3rd Most Talented Student: SkywardShadow challenges Dojo J, K, L and M

(Replace the letters with the Dojo names.)

If you don't want to bother choosing Dojos to challenge, I can assign them randomly. If you've already given me your challenges, You have the option of assigning your Dojo Master to attack the left-over Dojo (What I will do by default), or reassign the entire team.

Three Dojos have changed their map. Watch the thread this week for any other last minute changes. Games are pretty much guaranteed to go out next weekend.

Someone essentially asked me in a PM why the format is set up the way it is.

This is meant to represent Dojo Yaburi, often glorified in Asian Cinema and Anime, of a single martial artist challenging an entire Dojo, fighting up through the ranks, until finally facing the master. Should the master be defeated, that Dojo would give up it's "sign", an incredible disgrace. Every Dojo in my tournament is trying to bring down the opposing Dojos, without being brought down themselves.

Keep in mind that I will be staggering game assignments, to allow Freemiums plenty of time to keep up.

As in the other PM, I'd like to set two deadlines. Any map/rule changes have to be submitted by the end of 6-11-08 (midnight EST).

Dojo Challenges will need to be submitted by the end of 6-14-08 (midnight EST) or challenges will be randomly assigned.

Let me know if there are any circumstances that may give me cause to push back deadlines.

so when will this all start i dont even know if our dojo master has sent in his request of who he wants us to fight but i was just wondering when we were going to start

I set the deadline to Saturday night for a reason! I can actually start making games on Sunday.
