you seem dead set that Nale is third party, when he could really be anything, even a mafia busdriver. This tells me that you know third party exists. Since it is day 1 and we have no information, the only way you know Nale is third party is if you are third party or Mafia. Which to town is an acceptable lynch either way and will give us information.
Mafia busdriver would have been called just that, I assume. Sorry if my assumptions don't match with yours.
By this assumption, he should have been called Thrid Party Bus Driver if he was third party or Town Bus driver if he was town. None of which he was called.
Not in my mind and that's what matters when it comes to my assumptions, don't you think?
We can go on and discuss this but in the end this is a matter of opinion. I think Nale was third party, because I think it works with the theme and grey is a weird color for town or mafia. You and pmc disagree with me, therefore I am scum or third party apparently.

We make our judgements about you and the rest of the players off your assumptions. If you were playing by yourself, or not postings your thought, then I mgiht agree with you. But since neither of those two options occur in an on line mafia game; No, I do not think that only what is in your mind matters about your assumptions.
You also assume he is using colors. Before I read about who nale was, the way it was presented, I thought nale was town.

My assumptions only matter to the rest of you if I'm trying to convince you that I'm right. I'm not doing that. I just stated what I think is going on.
Yeah, I assume he's using colors. You know... since those are used in every single game.
I just noticed which color Iliad used for players without faction in his last game (Dawn of War). Guess what? Grey.
I really wonder why Kwan mentions a cult leader which doesn't fit the role of the guy at all, and it reminds me that in 85% of the cases where a random role is evoked it is by the bearer of that role (MUOTS Institute, 2007, a cookie for who guesses the initials ); and what seems to corroborate this being true in the present case is that Stroop presents an argument in a very Kwantonesque way. But why, you ask?! BECAUSE KWANTON IS A CULT LEADER THAT RECRUITED STROOP! This is the only explanation.
Unvote Vote Kwan
gaha logicfail! I also mentioned nexus/lightning rod/survivor. That must mean I'm a cult leader/nexus/ lightning rod/ survivor! (Also recruiting is usually a night thing and it's still day 1 so I couldn't have recruited stroop.) [Also also you should know by now whenever I have a fun role like that I scummarine to hell )
Which brings me to my next point!

Also, 1 Nexus/Lightning rod/survivor. Has to be one. Can't believe I forgot that.
This may just be me not knowing anything about OotS (I'll read through/look it up on Wikipedia eventually), but why must there be one of those? Do you have any information we don't?
I say that there must be one of these roles because it's such a ridiculously gamebreaking power role and no mod would ever put this in a serious game. Lightning rod attracts all night actions to whoever has the lightning rod power. Nexus reflects any action targetting the nexus to a random player. Survivor....well survivors have screwed me over in way too many games. Stupid survivors....Just when I'm abvout to scummarine a win they say "hey let's take the side with more people!"....stupid survivors...

That wasn't a serious vote, however you do seem seriously defensive.

Yeah, and if I hadn't replied I would've heard that. Being defensive is not a scum tell, almost no-one wants to get lynched.
Your vote could have been as serious as it gets on day one, so I took it seriously.
I see Nale as a third part bus driver. It makes sense. His color looks third party to me. His role in the comics could be said to be a chaotic third party. So why is everyone debating about his role when we don't have anything to go on. No leads, no motives, nothing. So we are going around in a circle debating the finer points of bus driving. That's going to get us nowhere.

Actually Nale is lawful evil in the comic.

A technicality. I haven't been reading the comic lately. I was only on 250ish. Each stip is so long it's hard to read a huge batch of them at once even though they are very good.

I agree with Stroop to an extent on his latest point. It's not extremely fishy in my opinion, but it seems like the best to me at the moment. Of course, everyone seems to be scumming it up here, so it's hard to wade through all of the muck.

A votecount would be greatly appreciated, and how many bad guys can there be in a 15-player game anyway?
