A single round? This sounds like a one-shot kill, could easily be a townie. Does anyone know someone with a sniper rifle in watchmen? Thez can't character claim though.

No idea where you got the scum part from tbqh, the sniper rifle seems about right though (I wasn't told a specific weapon).
I'm a hunter/tracker, i.e your standard tracker with an additional one shot kill.

I wouldn't bet on it but seeing as colton was a jailkeep there might still be another doc out there. All depends on this being non-vanilla, power gaming or regular. Can't remember squirrel mention it but so far everyone seems to have a night action.
