Well there is about 4-5 days left till deadline...I am still leaning towards testing rodion's claim (I do not feel confirming a townie is a wasted lynch nor do I feel there is even and 80% chance he will turn up town). Beyond that I am willing to put some pressure on vio or bleed maybe even target though out of these the first two are more viable from a perspective that I think vio has dropped more scum tells and has more experience than target meaning her actions are less likely due to inexperience and more for actual scumminess and we've already gotten a partial claim from bleed.
I have my questions about others but with 4-5 days to deadline I am going to start focusing in to the 3 or 4 most viable targets.

I honestly don't understand why people are so shocked - in my humble opinion, English is by far the easiest language that I have ever learnt (or attempted to learn). There's a reason why it's so popular and why it's an INTERNATIONAL language
English is pretty easy to learn but still harder than Spanish, I think. Obviously it depends on your mother tongue and how it relates to other languages.

QFT. We have plenty of leads to follow and not enough time today to get into any of them today. Any lynch regarding Rodion will provide us with information and not lynching him will just leave the question hanging. I'm sticking with my vote.

Every time I try to catch up in this thread I fall one step further behind.
I personally believe Rodion's claim, and stated quite sometime ago that I think he is town. Though in testing his claim; wouldn't it also be possible for a Scummy character to have a one-shot lynch stop as well. I've played games before where it has been a scum power. I personally think he's town either way but I don't think him stopping the lynch on himself would prove it, more of a null-tell.
Other than that I don't have a lot to add, sorry. Will hopefully have a little more over the next few days.
I'm still working on getting up to speed as far as what my thoughts are on most people (the notepad file keeps getting edited and edited), I'll try and get it up before the end of the day. I don't really have much with conviction or stuff that hasn't already been said, it's more just a file so I can keep track of the game. Once I have some firm thoughts / cases on it I'll post it up.

The ability to stop a lynch is almost always a town power, hence why they want to test it. I think in principle we should lynch some one else, but the targets are pretty slim pickings so I guess testing his townieness is the next closest step.

I agree with what you said, but the problem of saying that openly is that mafia submariners will continue submarining as that can be a fail-proof way of wasting our D2 lynch (and the power).
We should try to use these last 3 days to get some quality discussion to get more leads, but if everyone stays inactive than I'll be lynched in the last day just because there's no better "target".

Maybe the reason why nobody seemed to go for your case is because it's not a very strong one. I've made my feelings on Rodion's case on Bleed known, which is definitely adding to the discussion. I don't know where I've been votehopping besides getting ndrs to post. And since you seem to think I'm going for easy kills, I've refrained from voting bandwagons.
Just a question though target, what doesn't constitute an easy kill that I'd vote for? If there's enough support to lynch Rodion for example, doesn't that make him an "easy kill"? Any day that ends in a lynch is going to be flagged as an "easy kill" for the last few people anyways. So you're definition of "easy kill" is too broad to be used to build a case.
Let's up the pressure on strike. Originally I thought that he was just trying to prove that Rodion's case is not flawless. On a closer reading (perhaps tainted by fircoal's opinion) it really is looking like he was trying to stretch the truth to discredit Rodion.
I disagree. Rodion's defense was not the best, as outlined, and there's a good amount of support for lynch testing his claim, so I don't think strike was necessarily out of line in pushing for a wagon on Rodion.

The case against me is rather weak. Most of what fircoal has said is apparently based on me and safari militantly hunting down rodion and preventing further discussion. I always pursue my cases aggressively. I believe I recently had this discussion with you in another thread fircoal. I said his case on bleed had a lot of merit and I do believe that bleed could and probably should be further looked into. I've only discredited anything about his case when he's tried to put it on a pedestal that is above question and when he tries to use it as a shield against questions about his comments concerning gimli. Was I the only one who thought that seemed scummy? I guess so.
As far as preventing discussion, I have tried on more than one occasion to lead town towards productive discussion. When everyone was going in circles questioning the lover's connection thing when it likely had no real lead I was one of the ones to point out that it was a waste of time. I brought up the case on vio. I recommended after rodion's claim that we should at the very least question other leads before settling for testing his claim. I will admit I did get over involved for a bit and if you look you will see I even tried to take a step back from the thread a couple of times to let others get words in but in no way have I intended to keep all discussion focused solely on Rodion.

Well I was intentionally being dramatic about that first part. the second part is only true so much as you saying you are an easy lynch. I call bs on the fact I put a lot of effort into that case and I have seen how fiercely you will defend yourself from the terminator mafia. I have brought up or commented on most other leads, I believe the case on freezie being the exception and really I would need to read back on his statements before I make my full opinions, but other than that what legitimate cases have I not at least made a comment on?

Excuse me but you obviously do not get my case. I never accused you of either of these things. What I accused you of is TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A NEW PLAYER and MANIPULATING TOWN. Basically the fact of the case is how Rodion acted could easily be explained but I think you and Safari as well were more concerned with pushing Rodion into a hole. The way that you made your arguments were not scum hiding but fingering an innocent man who didn't do much wrong into someone that looked scummy.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Treating someone has what anything but what they are is a cardinal mistake for mafia. It's also the PERFECT way to kill off townies when scum. There are some people I could argue a hole around easily. Just look at what I did with Naxus in Firefly. I found something scummy and just questioned him until he lit up like a scummy candle. There's a reason NES got lynched Day 1 so much, he's very good at making himself seem scummy, no one even needs to pressure him. You can't treat players the same. It's always gonna be easier to kill off the inexperienced ones. A lot of your cases were based off of stuff YOU KNEW because you had EXPERIENCE. If any newbie were to argue that they're just signing a death warrant, because it's likely they're going to lose the battle. You used this advantage to pin Rodion as scum, when really it's just the difference in experience.
