Kill your parents and then find some new ones, which you then steal their DNA and other such necessities, and insert it into yourself. Hopefully, over time, you will experience amazing amounts of pain, but you will turn into a skinny f*ck.

Or, go on a diet (if need be). The choices are difficult, but I think the former is more successful.

Well the "new" beard is now being trimmed so I don't eat it, so I guess it's time to show it off.
