This snapping pictures while posing/flexing with a shirt off is all kinda weird as far as I'm concerned. As I understand it, adolescents often go through a narcissistic period. Any guy who did something like that when I was a teenager would have had his ass kicked for it.

The light blue is the paratrooper and spetsnaz variety, there is also Green for the border guards, black for naval infantry and OMON wear red as well as some spetsnaz units attached to MVD. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telnyashka)
I knew the light blue was for paratroopers/spetsnaz before wiki cheating though.
