104 civilians have been shot dead by Israeli soldiers near Gaza City, while they stood waiting for aid deliveries to arrive.

Dozens of wounded were taken to the nearby hospital, although it is only partly operational after being repeatedly raided by the Israeli army.

Irish surgeon Dr Morgan McMonagle, who worked in a field hospital in Gaza, testifies to:

• Seeing 20+ miles of aid convoys held in Egypt, unable to enter Gaza via its Israel-occupied borders
• 'Manmade starvation', with lots of patients unable to heal properly due to malnourishment
• Children being brought in covered in chemical burns
• Patients dying due to Israeli blockades on medical equipment such as ventilators

He says the difference between his experiences serving in Ukraine and Gaza are stark. In Ukraine the conflict was 'one military versus another military' and that he saw few civilians being brought in to hospital, whereas the conflict in Gaza is 'a big army against civilians'.

He and other foreign medics have now been withdrawn from Gaza due to the immediate danger the conflict posed to their hospital compound.

He likens the conflict to the Rwandan genocide, saying history will judge Western counties if they sit back and allow it to happen.

Too many have been killed in Gaza. The IDF needs to END this war soon. The number of dead women and children has been TOO HIGH and more die each day.
