Why is it when I go to Live Chat the names of the people there are at the bottom of the page and not at the side. Also why do chat lines continue on down the page and don't dissapear at the top of the page

At the top of your page there should be a "broken" piece of paper-looking button. Go to live chat and click on it and it will sync the page.

In my past experiences, this only happened if i'm using Internet Explorer. If you aren't, then disregard this. I personally use Google Chrome and Firefox. You could try downloading one of those, or a different browser
