Alright I've been round the houses a few times and I am one of the old school players on this site.
However I have already had enough of this new rating system.

I know that no system can be perfect, but this one, that allows people to leave feedback, that is frankly codswallop, should be got rid of.
Why even have a system that tells people what they think. Does it serve any purpose the ratings system? I mean after you have received a 100 ratings the rest of it almost noise. Maybe after you have received a 100 ratings, you get reset? This way it means that people have to be continously good to have a high feedback. It also allows people who have crap feedback to turn the corner so to speak.
Why can't we have a system where people can only leave feedback after playing someone 3 times?

Surely anyone who sits there and takes no part in the chat, and then wants to leave feedback, again, why should they be allowed to leave feedback. I have just had a game, of which the only words in game chat, written by me were, good luck and gg all, and received crap feedback from some lovely chap. What is the point? This guy doesn't know the first thing about me. He never will.

Also the tags that you can choose from, are to be honest, pretty limited and only really apply to 5% of the words I would like to use.

I mean where is the fun in the ratings system now?
I am sure that I am not the only one to think this, but I just can't be bothered to trawl through a 1000 forums to find the previous conversations.

If no stars are chosen in a category it doesnt figure into you rating. By some of your responses i don't think you realize that.

What jefjef said. No stars = no rating, so it doesn't hurt your score.

agreed the ratings system is flawed, the old feedback system was much better, i wont go any farther with this since its like beating a dead horse.

arh but beating dead horses is so much fun.

by rating, do you mean that funny minigame at the end of each game, or whenever you lost a game, where you should try to shoot all the stars, and you can get a maximum of 5 stars per level, and you have 3 levels per player? it's pretty easy tho, i usually hit them all 15, tho, sometimes i miss them all except 1, i don't know why, sometimes it's just a lot harder.

you know what would be a good rating? if you can either leave a +1 a 0 or a -1, and you can only vote for someone once (the latest comment will overwrite the oldest) and you can add a comment to the ratting. and people will see the ratings like 104-5 (positive-negative)

and whenever you think a comment or rating is not justified, you can complain about it at the moderators, and they can solve it.
