Conquer Club

Before i came to conquer club and joined i have played risk.

but it seems that not many of the games around use normal risk rules, Flat rate for bonus cards, 1 adjacent fortification and turns in sequence.

In my opinion these are the origional game rules so i like to use them... what are the advantage of playing other rules? why do peope choose them?

I love no cards because it fits well with my very conservative playing style.

adds more variety, i like being able to pick and choose....

I particularly like sequential turns because it gives cheater-multis less of an advantage....

even with the board game the rules used to be varied to help with playing time and again i chooses different options every time but definately like the unlimited fortifications

i like flat rate coz that is how i hav always played but i like a mixture of the forting rules. i usually play unlimited forting because i like to move around a lot and am very visual meaning that i find it easier to work things out by seeing it so will often make forts to see wat the bord will like and then take them back. i find things hard to picture in my head. i don't play freestyle.
