How long does it take to get a Design Brief approved?

I want to get South Africa on the track and through already, but am unsure as to when i can submit it to go on in. If 13 Colonies is in Beta, can i submit the brief? Or do I have to wait till all is done and 13 Colonies is quenched?

So far it seems to me that: design briefs are evaluated every two weeks or so, unless MrBenn sees something that he really likes, in which case he may move the map whenever he wishes...

Two weeks huh... I wonder if I can submit it and get it approved, then once 13 Colonies is done just have it moved.

I see no reason why not, although I'm no foundry mod...

Go ahead and submit the brief! You've had South Africa going since before the shut down, so there shouldn't be any problem submitting your brief!
