Trying to purchase premium...

Okay, so here's the story. I first opened an account on the site under theherkman. Then I helped my wife, Alyssa, to create an account as well. They were both banned because they were thought to be multis, even though they NEVER played in a game together. So I decided to just create one account for me so that I wouldn't have a problem, Jordan.Bell. This account got banned too, even though it was the ONLY account. So I figured I would play it safe and purchase premium on a new account, J.On.The.Spot21. BUT I live in an apartment complex that provides free wi-fi. So my ip address is obviously going to match my neighbor's who introduced me to the website. I purchased premium to try and fix this whole issue with mine and my wife's accounts. Isn't there a way you can check and see that these accounts: jordan.bell, theherkman, alyssa; have not EVER been played in the same game and I only created jordan.bell after my original one was banned because my wife had an account? I spent $25 to try and clear this up, what do I do now?

They are pretty strict about multiple accounts on this site

Rule #1: No multiple accounts
Multiple accounts are discovered by routine scans and community cheating reports. They are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games or are even in use. If you suspect certain accounts belong to the same person, please report it following the instructions at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.

File an E-ticket and talk to the support about this.
