Tic-Tac-Toe, Three-in-a-Row! [Canceled]

Alright, well I saw this as an idea, and I thought that it would be fairly simple to set up, and fun to play. Lets see if I was right
I'm not sure how popular its going to be, that's why the players says '16-32', because I am hoping to get 32 players, but I might have to settle for 16.
PREMIUM REQUIRED
Here's how it would work. Each player gets paired up with another player. Those two player will play a game of tic-tac-toe against each other to see who will win that series. Loser will be eliminated. Example:
This is the tic-tac-toe board.

_7_|_8_|_9_
Player 1 will represent [X]. Player 2 represents [O]. Player one will pick a square, and all settings for that game. The two players will play a best 3 out of 5 game series, and if player 1 wins, an X gets placed on the chosen square. If player 2 wins, an O gets placed on the square. Repeat the process, with player two picking the squares and their settings. First to get 'three in a row', wins that series. Loser is eliminated!

In the case of a 'draw', or a board that is unable to have a winner players will play a best 2 out of 3 game with random settings, chosen by me.

Required settings: Sequential, Casual, 2 Player.
Players are not required to choose the same settings each 'turn', you are allowed to change the settings each time you choose a new square.
If players do not join their games, or post their settings within 48 hours from the time the invite/PM was sent out, that player is automatically eliminated.

You still have the option to change it at any time though,
